Wapn,apnuser,apnpsw,0.0.0.0,IP,Port,

SMS command should start with the 'bestpassword' as it allows to skip the process of generating a signature.

apn, apnuser and apnpsw are actual APN settings of SIM card.
[preferred ip 0.0.0.0 auto dhcp] - is preferred IP 0.0.0.0. auto dhcp, normally remains 0.0.0.0.
IP and Port - are IP address and port.

This device type has capability to update FW and settings via special device updater app.
